Hello, just here to say good luck with ur clan/army! (here's a hint if u want 2 b a good leader, DONT LET UR CLAN/ARMY FALL APART! This is always a good way to go XD )

Hey good luck with your army WIZ! @Jedirieb its kinda easy too tell someone too not let there army fall down but have you ever tryed keeping one up? Anyway heres a tip good luck! And also try too get members in think tanks not in PTT only. ;)

@Capn: no, I havent tried 2 keep 1 up, but I have a good idea how hard it may be to keep one up, especially one with a lot of members.
@Shadow: I agree with ^, it is easier to get ppl to join on TT than on PTT, cause I saw this one army that was only advertising in PTT, and they fell apart. Another tip to do well, (again its kinda obvious, but some ppl that lead big armies tend 2 forget this (im not saying any names, so no1 ask)) spend a lot of time working with your army, help them improve, and get to know them.This will help when trying to lead your army, because they will trust u more. :)
