Apparently when we discussed your behavior the last time and you were informed that there would be no more chances, you didn't comprehend what that meant.

You will not be allowed into private servers, please don't ask to be in any leagues. You can do your little army thing, and run around with whomever you want.

But, be prepared to be booted and banned in any server I have admin rights to. I expect to see a reply once you have aquired a neew IP address seeing I have silenced you.

Whatever good behavior you have displayed recently has not made up for the years of poor judgement, vulgar statemnets, and verbal abuse we have had to endure from you.

@ Anyone else, don't even bring in that religous forgiveness crap, Nappy doesn't have time to hear that mumbo jumbo.

If you cant recall what Chong did, or how, or why, Chong was banned, I suggest you keep your comments very brief as you don't have a clue what this is about.

Banned for life should mean banned for life, that means all avenues have already been taken to give someone a chance to have fun here. All chances where taken and all chances where abused. Mods are made to keep peace and make the forums safe for all of us, This action should have been taken way before this and wasn't, I think there should be an investigation as to why from the person who names the mods for ptt. This was rediculous and and should not be aloud to happen again. IMO

And I could care less who lets chong into there server, that is there choice to make.
I just wont be playing in those servers as I have been called every nasty name you can think of by him and to me it doesn't say alot for a mod hoster who will put other players at risk of this kind of talk from anyone known to use it.

^ This is simply because of the relaxed nature of Summer. Many of the main people who are here frequently throughout the 3 other seasons have been removed and have been taking a nice summer break, myself included. Some others have not the full history of the person involved.

Great skills do not give any one person the right to do what has been done.

Chong was told he had one chance left and personally told me he understood. While intoxicated he went into a server and was abusive again.

He will not be back if I can do anything about it.

You can whatever you want in your own servers. If you want chong in your servers soliciting sexual favor while hes drunk. GO FOR IT!

You will be embarrassed one day by backing this type of person. I also feel a responsibility to not allow this type of exposure to the very young players playing this game.

Just don't give me admin privies or he'll be gone. Beside we know the servers chong likes best, with the most competition, those I have control over.

He snuck in with a new IP and showed that he's still the same vulgar misbehaver. I don't know the full story of his previous misdeeds, but based on recent behavior he has earned a continued ban in my server.

My plan is to be horribly nice to him for a while, get him to come to the uk convention, and then lynch him.

I will point out a few major things.

He stole -z-'s admin script which was only to be used on PTT servers and illegally distributed it.
He has used WAY WAY too many vulgar words on both TT and PTT.
He has changed his IP every time after getting banned 8 times and silenced 5 times.

And to top it off he is just an irresponsible little kid with no respect for anyone or anything! Remember when he posted that picture of that graffiti he drew?

Im with what Cannedsplam said.. IDK so far I didnt see Chong do any nasty talking or bad talk so IDK right now for now hes aloud in my servs...

And he's the co-leader of (FU), and posted a pic of him and LilAlienD flipping off the camera. The IP change is because he uses a proxy server, which is impossible to track down, but has a major security hole: it can be hacked via any one of his IPs.

Really, this is true. All his old IPs still count as one. I pinged 81.154.223.22, which he long since abandoned, very recently, and it returned all 5 pings.

IPs aren't recycled, as far as I can tell. That's the problem: We're running out of IP addresses. IPv4 only has provisions for ~4 bllion IPs, and we're near that limit. IPv6 would allow for 2¹²⁸ addresses.
But technical info aside, Chong's back. Or at least wishes he is.

Chong was using a proxy before as well. He was still disinterested if someone like myself, or the ACA was dilligent in continually banning him.
