For human tanks:

LightTank.accelRate = 20;

LightTank.deccelRate = 55;

LightTank.antiSlideRate =125;

LightTank.maxSpeed = 30;

For bot tanks:

GoldLightTank.accelRate = 20;

GoldLightTank.deccelRate = 55;

GoldLightTank.antiSlideRate =125;

GoldLightTank.maxSpeed = 30;

Just change the #'s for different speeds. Change light to Medium, Heavy and for bots change Gold to Silver, Bronze. The first parts go for bots also.
