Lately a "burning "question came up,

Which team in TBML would jesus play on if he ever decided to play TT,

Well after much discussion among many learned souls it was decided that JC would be a TDR ( rat )

In the bible Jesus always sought out the sinners, the money changers, the tax collectors and the unbelivers,given the record and accusations against the TDR it is obvious that JC would have played as a power forward medium tank on TDR.
Just our teams much deliberated opinion, any thoughts ?

Well I feel that JC would be on my tbml team because my whole team is outstanding,honest,and have dignity.They are always truthfull and fair.Why would JC want to be on THE DIRTY RATS TEAM?

I think Jesus would start his own team and call it Helter Skelter. His team would consist of Charlie Manson, Adolf Hitler, David Koresh, Dick Chaney, and Tom Delay. They would insist that they won even when they really lost because they were chosen by God. They would also insist that players on other teams must leave their team and join Helter Skelter and if they did not do so they must be evil and should therefore be extermintated.

I think he would want us to watch 7th heaven.Its on now be back in an hour,May I suggest to jetty boy that he should watch it.The show is about family and god and helping others not pushing it on people like he believes the christians are doing.If we didn't have religion people would be murdering each other alot more than just the war scenario.Most people that go to a religion are looking for answers and peace.Its the fanatics jet jaguar from both sides that give religion a bad name/reputation.

Yeah, have to agree with Jacob, probably wouldn't play...but if he did, I'd say he'd be a "Hell's Angel" (ohh the irony) since they're in last place. He's always looking out for the little guy, the oppressed, the humble, the meek. He'd be looking to encourage them and love them while serving them and being an excelent example to all.

Jesus played on my TMBL season 2 team. We let him play the first week and he kept letting everyone kill him. He said something about dying for our sins...or something like that. Week 2 game, he died and then said, I will see you guys in 3 days and logged off. We didn't let him play after that week. Other than that he seemed ok.

Hmmm some interesting comments in here, some are totally ignorant, some are actually close. The truth is this according to what the Bible says.........

Basically that means He aint got a favorite He's gonna play on all the teams, unless of course you deny Him. And man I would not want to be in those reprobate shoes. It's hard for me to imagine being the father of 2 that "The Father" would send His 1 and only Son to die and stand in proxy for us. I know alot of you and have a good time scrumin with ya. But there aint one of ya that I would send my son to die for. So basically I figure He's gonna be on any team that wants Him beings He was when he drew that last breath on Calvary...

P.S. Some FYI....... The word Hallelujah is Hebrew and means Praise God.

Just in case there are some biblical schollars out there I know Jahweh is spelled with a Y but you also know the Y in Hebrew is J in english.

Ok Scholars, does anyone know what the Greek word Tekton(used in the bible book of Mark) means?

The word tecton comes from a Greek word meaning builder....

Nope it means Hand Worker. Tekton was originally translated as Carpenter. This is the only line in the bible that indicated that Jesus was a Carpenter but again this was mistranslated. The verse goes "Is this not the Carpenter, son of Mary...." A person called a hand worker in that time was a Handi-man. In fact there was no such thing as Carpentry at that time as all structures were made from rock and morter. Wood was only used in small amounts in some tools.

Now why were you told that the word means Builder? Well when the error in translation was pointed out to the christian religion they took this very personally and have tried to rewrite the greek translation and say that Tekton means builder of all materials and therefore Jesus is still a carpenter. This is completly false and the church knows it but still they lie to their followers about something that is very insignificant.

Jesus was not a carpenter but every sunday churches all accross the world preach this lie knowing it is not true. It's nothing new though, they lie on a regular basis.

The churches that preach that Jesus was a Carpenter are wrong, I didn't make it up, I'm just pointing out that they are dishonest even about something that is pretty meaningless. Personally I don't see what the big deal is about saying that Jesus was a handi man and not a carpenter. Why does the church lie to their people. How can their people believe anything they say when they are lied to like that.
