The reason im posting this thread here is becasue a long time ago I posted this problem in the help forum and nobody even commented...
anyway..
its really wierd (and frustrating) cause when ever I try to use high speed internet on tt (even with the lowest resolution and non fullscreen!) it lags really bad and all the servers show up red...buuut whenever I use dial up it has a couple green and some yellow but alot red...so im stuck with dial up until someone can help me....and my average ping is usually about 250....bolo obviously dosent appreciate that...and said a nasty thing in a server tonight...

Look, I'll let it slide that this is in the wrong forum this time, but it's only because you really seem in-need. Whenever you start to play ThinkTanks, make sure you have only one thing running, your TT app. If you have a browser on, you're also IMing with your friends, those are all major attributes to your explanation, and I recently had this problem. I am saying this because I truly think it's the best thing you can do, but port forward. When I went to your server with you, and UFO1 came, despite the prior lag, that was amazing, most lag I've ever been through. You have just a good enough port to open a server. I suggest you improve that. My port is 28000, and my server is just below the ShockWavers on lag, which is great. To find your port, go to game>server>pref.cs and youll find the array called pref::server::port = ****. Just curious, tell me what it is.

Did you port forward? W/e, I'm not quit sure about this type of problem because my computer has no flaws. Just work with you connection provider. E-mail them the issue, providde links to ThinkTanks, they might be able to help you... Tell your connection speed, and provide it's ID. Hope this helps. :)
