Yes it is, because it is MODing your game for BM.... Just because it could go in tactics or skins doesn't mean it should. Technically I think it is OK here, because it is asking for a MODification for the game. Plus, people in skins are usually scrummers, and don't pay heed to people asking for a skin or information. Lighten up, spunk.
