Put it in an Applecscript so you don't have to type any of that stuff.

Ok to make a dedicated server for mac, create a folder callled ThinkTanks, rename the ThinkTanks game to ThinkTanks, put your ThinkTanks game in the folder, then drag the folder to the House Icon (the thing that has your username on it), then open terminial, type cd ThinkTanks. Then press enter.
Then type./ThinkTanks.app/Contents/MacOS/ThinkTanks OSX -dedicated -mission TT1_1.mis -Game B -log1
Press enter. You should have a dedicated server!!
