I've noticed that a lot of good tters are leaving tt (GQSHOOTER,Bigshow,Capt. Jordan) just to name a few, but why are they leave tt? :[

I don't think GQ has left TT, just the SW servers.

Personally, I left because there is just nothing left apealing in the game. I don't know how much developer support there is for TT anymore, and -z- had been gone for years. (Due to his 'special privledges', he is able to make the best mods.)

But, -z- is back now. If he sticks around and cleans up this community, I may be coming back. Even if you don't know who I am. :)

Big Show has been playing PSL... I think the Shockwave servers are too crazy for most folk, but we're gonna fix it!!

I said this a while ago and apparently you can't have admins for the SW servers that's why we hosted our own

If you look back at the older forums you will find GQ leaving tt thread but it is locked

Well a couple of days after that thread was made, I played GQ under a different name in a non-SW server....so maybe shes just playing under different names...

I've seen posts from A to "-Z-" in the ten minutes I been logged on, even one from PREY, whoever he is. Always seems to be someone that hangs a "The End Is Near" sign, but all seems well. Keep calm, they're all here, and if not, they'll be back, they always come back.

Special Privileges? Like what? The main reason I was given some of the original scripts sorce code (under a non-disclosure agreement so no I can't distribute any of it - not that I can from here if I wanted to anyway as I don't have any of it here) was because of the scripts I had already written - like CTF and also to try and link stuff in to PTT. I.e. The mods came before any 'special privileges' as you call them. Stop using that as an excuse Nathan ;)

True a lot of good players came back when -z- came back but just still you look at the forums and your gooding to see 1 or 2 people who and leaving it maks you think that the SW servers are ruining TT.

If you want to play with all the great players heres my advice..
1. Download MonkeeMods and Rooster mods
2. Never play in SW in the morning
3. Play ThinkTanks around 12:00pm-1:00am (or later)

Hehe. I flattered -z-.

But you have to admit, you're almost a developer. I'm not jealous (anymore ;) ) or anything. You've contributed the most to this community with PTT, CTF, and Survivor.

By the way, when are you going to release your next project? Another -z- creation is just what I need to actually fire up TT again.

Heh.. Maybe when I actually get my hands on a PC that can actually run TT and see servers... And when I get hold of all the old code I wrote etc

Well...I think im back for good...I left b/c I had a lot of stuff going on ( basketball, school work, and so on)..But basketball season is over and im doing good in school so I guess Im back almost for good again. :)
