I just don't understand why or how people returned to the emitter.cs file method.
It never really worked right and is way to complicated.
I know I'm the one who rewrote the directions for emitters.cs method last June.

We used the emitter.cs file method before PokeMalo released the special.cs.
When PokeMalo released the special.cs back in June 2004 we were thrilled because now could make the emitters work properly.

But at some point since then, somebody started telling everybody to use the emitter.cs method!
_______________________________________________________________________________________

There are 3 methods for making emitters that I know of: special.cs, emitter.cs, and.mis

special.cs
Emitters as Weapons and Nodes Using the Special.cs - These are the directions for how to use emitters with the special.cs file method.

emitter.cs
Emitters Directions Using the Emitters.cs - These are the directions for how to use emitters with the emitter.cs file method. This is a much more complicated and inconsistent method. They may or may not work in a dedicated server.

.mis
This.mis file method will work as far as I know but it is insufficient. If you have multiple emitters and teleport gates, it gets to be a lot of stuff in the.mis. You would need to have the emitter settings for every emitter used, in every.mis file. Instead of having it in one file and adding ".emitter=" lines to the.mis. The.mis method makes for messy.mis files. Why not do it the simplest and cleanest method?

If you want your emitters to work and if you want it to be simple then use the special.cs. KISS

Go to www.maxworks.com for more information on the special.cs method.

I'm only trying to help!
