They are called animation treads. There are some really nice one's around the threads if you want treads with chrome and such.

After intensely stdying the 7 different treads (for 5 minutes XD ) I realized that they were all frames and came up with these.
NOTE: They only change colors when you move around
To install repalce all of your original treads with these, remember to make backups.
I used to eat a lot of natural foods until I learned that most people die of natural causes.
