Can you get in under other names?
Can you get into the Laggy CTF server?
Also, do you post on PTT with the same computer you use to play TT?

Ive had this problem happpen to me... I clicked the update button and it worked... But as Lag man said
Do you use a diferent computer to post then u play thinktanks? If you do problem solved. Go to ptt on your computer that you play ThinkTanks on and click the update button.
I cant enter with my name either and I've tried resetting and unchecking the PTT protection since 2 months ago. I also tried this with both InternetExplorer and FireFox and that doesn't work either. I use the same computer. Hmm I dunno...

Check your IP adress onn your computer. Then start a dedicated server and go in it on TT and say something. And check your IP in the console. See if the IP's match.
Tried it and they do match. I think the website's not updating the nickname protection because even if I uncheck the box so that there is no protection, we still couldn't get into the servers.
No protection, but we still couldnt get in and the invalid IP message still shows when we try to.
I think I've updated the Laggy CTF Server. Try it again.
@dj: Your IP changes frequently, I'd suggest turning off nick protection.
Dazzle, your IP changed yesterday. I've manually changed the IP on the CTF server, but I think in 6 hours it will update and redownload the outdated one.
So, if this IP is going to be fairly static, reset nick protection and you should be good. If it changes frequently, might as well turn it off. :(
