Ok, first, Copy the image from the wheel file. Then, get the arrow tool and RIGHT CLICK in the tank skin image, in the menu, it will say "paste as new layer" ok?

Ok, I have 3 questions:
#1 where did you find your wheel pics racer?
#2 how do you resize an image in paintshop pro?
#3 if you need to crop a pic, how do you crop it in a circle?

I know that racer did this. He made the rims for the small tank cool, but I cant get a different picture to come into the small tank picture. I really dont know how to put this. Can someone help me?
