Yeah you can just edit the prefs.cs file in game/client/prefs.cs

What is it with all these major newbies? No offense mate.
"game/data/shapes/common/health.jpg" is the texture for the health powerup, and "game/data/shapes/common/powerup.jpg" is the normal powerup texture. Make a copy of each of these with a different name if you're going to change them, otherwise you won't be able to get the old ones again.
Go into Photoshop, GIMP, PSP, or what have you, and open the file. Play around with it. When you're done, move the cursor over to the "File" button. Clicky. When you've got that, scroll down to the part where it says "Save". Click on that. And you're done! Now go into ThinkTanks, start a new game, and sit until a powerup pops up.
How do yoiu get the skins to look cool like racer445s skins?
Use photoshop.
