I've made a couple of skins for both of 187's vehicles (The jeep and The cruiser) and I decided to post them.
Hope you guys like them. If you do I'll work on some more.

If you are going to use either of these instead of a lighttank or any of the other tanks just remove your normal tank01.dts and keep it somewhere that you can always go back to like in a new folder.
Then if you were going use the jeep you would place the jeep.dts in you tanks folder and rename it tank01.dts. Then place the skin you would like to use in the folder and name it jeep2.jpg Do the same thing if you were going to use the cruiser only change the skins name to cruiserorange.jpg or if you are using the other crruiser it would be cruiserblack.jpg.

P.S. A word of advice the jeep looks much better if you set your graphics (in the options menu in TT) to high, set it to 32 bt instead of 16 and a put a large large resolution or "video" level.

Here you go Fred a new jeep and the stock version of my admin tank.
This started out as a police jeep, but when I did an early test to see what it would look like, it was just too perfect the way it was to go any further.

Revel, I have to admit I think these are probably the best skins yet. These may even parallel the originals that came with the game. How about a hummer or a nasty little WW2 army motorcycle. That may be a tough one.

Anyway really nice job, top notch..

B.T.W what is the normal tank01.dts edited with to change the shape of the tank itself?

I didn't make the tanks themselves I just made the skins because I was tired of the ones tthat they came with. If you want to use them just got to the links above and depending on which one you want to use download that zip file and make a backup of your old tank01.dts or which ever tank you want to replace and put say if it was the jeep you would change jeep.dts to say tank01.dts then place it in your game/data/shapes/tanks. Dont rename the jpeg or the tank will be white just place it in there as eiher jeep2.jpg, cruiserblack.jpg, or cruiserorange.jpg.

Oh its because it dosen't need treads so if you use that.dts its the the shape of the jeep. The.dts is what the.jpg (the skin) is placed over and around.
