Page : <1> :

I am trying to run 2 servers, but the 2nd one doesn't show up. I can't find any errors or missing files. Both the servers have mods. I use Art Crazy's admin script?
Has anyone else had this problem or does anyone know how to fix it?

Yes, but I highly suggest you don't, because this will cause more lag. And nobody likes that! ;) But if you must know, you simply find the 'New Shell' preference after adding your first file dedicatedly.

Sry...What's a "New Shell" preference? Which prefs file is it in?

I know exactly how to do it but have never tried, but it will work.

Ask napalm though as I dont have enough time to go into detail

^ this would explain the new shell... Sorry, macs are simpler hands down... Buy a mac ;) and tell me where you are gorramit! Wanna know if I can meet another TTer besides jimmy... :)

Pardon my rudeness, I cannot abide useless people.

Don't buy a mac, you don't need to.

Just remember, one server per processor. I have a server with two Pentium III's and I am running 3 servers on it, which is pushing it. But still there is no lag.

Ah Racer! I was wondering how you did that ;)

@Monica
Unless you have a really fast computer and high speed connection it can be a worry
The best way is to serve from a seperate machine. Think about it. If you serve a dedicated misssion
and play on the same machine thats 2 processes running already
You'll have to experiment - watch for smooth frame rate (uh does the video jump?)
