If you just want the splash affect then all you have to do is:

Lightprojectile.splasharea=#;

But then if you also want the look then u can do this in addition to the other thing:

Lightprojectile.resource="game/data/shapes/tanks/areaexplosion.dts";

Oh ya almost forgot this can be done with any tank just change the "lightprojectile" to heavy or medium projectile. But I would listen to Mike he IS the expert modder :P
