now I've downloaded it (b20 said half TT'ers came of TT to go on this game) and I went on online game. Clicked on a game and when it was connecting a little box said u need to enable punkbuster to make it work. So I enabled it and it still says that. Do I need to download it then do sumthing else or someting. Plz tell. Would really love too play b20 at it and meet sum other TT'ers..

You probably downloaded the old version. Go download the update. (google for: enemy territory 2.60 update)

I downloaded one and all I got was a punkbuster and another thing but the game didn't come with it..

Well there's your problem. Go buy a real computer.

Aaaaanyway, try googling the issue, also maybe try connecting to another server. Click Connect to IP and enter whosgaming.com and if it doesn't connect then you should try reinstalling the game.

Did you download the mac version?

What server do you guys play at?

ACI 20 map xp save--real competition here

Whosgaming--mostly easy pickings here XD

I like to play with a max of 20 people on each team and a min of 6 on each team.

Make sure to have the ET patch, and may wanna try the minimizer.

I generally play at 2 servers... Both are hosted by a clan I'm in, BBA.

May I warn you, some inaporopriate talk may go on for 11 year olds.

Also, the IP's for the 2 servers are 70.85.135.171 and 70.85.135.170. At least check em out.

I play at Whosgaming #1 (whosgaming.com) and Whosgaming #2. (who2.whosgaming.com)

Last time I played at ACI I got booted for being bad at playing the game. That was a few months back, I am much better now (b20 can vouch for me here.) I will try those servers that blitzer play at next time I play.

Yea, by that inappropriate talk, I meant on most servers I've been to have some situations with idiots who can't shut up. THere is a word filter on both of the servers, which filter out curse words except for damn b****, and sh**.

As for the admins, totally fair, and will only mute, kick, or ban if the player is acting stupid or not following the rules.

BTW, my name is still blitzer, but has the tags on, so it'll appear <{BBA}>blitzer.

You need to update your PunkBuster. Visit http://www.evenbalance.com to update your PunkBuster. You're not the only one having this problem, thousands are ;)

EDIT: By the way, there are lots of confusing paths in that site, so let me lead you to the source. This is a.exe file that "auto-updates" itself onto your pb folder in your ET directory. Just choose which to update, it has Windows, Linux, and Mac. If anybody has not updated PB rescently, I strongly suggest you do so immedietly. The link is here:

^done that still didn't work.
its says you need to enable punkbuster. Enabled it still dosen't work. I did ^ aswell and it still dosen't work.
Can somebody give me a site to where they got there enemy territory or send me a copy of there's. (mac people) :)

I got my linux copy from 3d gamers. They have the mac version there too.

Gamershell seems to be a bit faster though.

OK, I found <{BBA}> NO RESET XP SAVER and <{BBA}>GameSpy XP SAVER and added them both to my favorites list, but I can't find either ACI server in the server list... However I found two ACI servers on splatterladder, ACI 20 Map ET:Pro XP Save and ACI TC:E 24 Player WeaponUnlock, which one is it?

I like to add things to my favorites list, so I guess I will have to keep looking until I find them on the server list.

I was sure that might be the solution, but I was prooven wrong. Therefore, you must write this problem in http://www.enemy-territory.com forums. It's ET's "fan" site that helps newcomers to ET and PunkBuster related problems.

I just came from there now. Pretty cool... The Shotgun and Double Jump features are really neat. No bullet drop though, so headshots are way too easy.

Seen as we're talking ET I was wondering if one of you lot could lend me a hand. Ok, so I tried to join whosgaming.com today and I get this message after downloading the correct maps on load.

So any ideas?

Restart ET and rejoin the server. It always works for me.

I haven't been on as my laptop is on the fritz...I'll try and get in on my desktop.
