I know some of the basic abreavitions, like gg, n1 thx plz, exc. But ive seen people say ty and some ones I've never herd of! What do they mean??

ty= thank you.
brb = be right back
bbl = be back later
gg = good game
lol = laugh out loud
btw = by the way
cya = see ya
gtg = got to go
fyi = for your information
tmi = to much information
x = thanks
nvm = never mind
