Actually it looks like a FPS - cant tell what era though.
Anyways, Belgarion I went searching and found this UK game site where you can download the demo and full versions of many games, its called: www.templegames.com .
I didnt find tour of duty, but then again maybe I didnt look in the right spot. Anyways. It looks like a good reference source for alot of games.
