No, he's the ex-CC leader. A lot of n00b clans are active, but not for long! SA, D5 and UF will PWN them... That is, if they manage to get around to having any wars in the first place...
I am me, once upon a time I was leader of The Elite Soldiers and also very good friends with the Seals...well I'm surprised the shadow army's..(SA) still around...and (UF)..
