Lasso... All around, make sure the tolerance is slightly lower than normal.

Then just circle the whole flame, copy, and past onto the skin.

Find tank01/tank02/tank03/tank04 in your list and those r the original files.... Do whatever u want wit em :P

How do u get the skins on ur tank on TT?
Save the skin image as tank01/tank02/tank03/tank04 (remember to make a backup of the files)
... Enough.

Don't feel embarrassed, I used Gimp's stock Wood pattern. Cinch.
