We will be looking at playing around the 3rd week of October, for entertainment value... The next map will be a frantic map.
Format will be the same , 3 games ,, manning will be the question, think we can push 12 max on the server
Will set up a game rotation for the lites so all that want may have the oppurtunity to particapate,
As for the heavies , well I suggest prayer or a high carb diet XD

Gentlemen( LIte tanks ),and esteemed targets ( heavies),
Next turkey/fat shoot to be held October 17, 10pm est, 7pm pacific.
Frantic maps, 3 games, each game a different map.
Will set a server for 12 max 6 gentlemen(lites), 6 targets/clay pigeons ( heavies )
However if there is a reduction in manning we will size the teams accordingly to keep it balanced.

Sorry just trying to maintain the same game date/time on a monthly basis , the first one was the 3rd sunday of the month, and did a straw poll before announcing. If there is a preference for another day/time please let me know and we can set it then. Just trying to keep this going otherwise it will languish and be forgotten.

For my 2 cents, while the 17th is fine, the 10pm is hard. I wanted to try to give Killer77 an opportunity to play by having the game in the EST afternoon since he's 5 hours past us. Since most of you heathens aren't doing anything on Sunday anyway (jab, jab) I thought the day would be pretty open and we could have something a little earlier. I was ballparkin' something in the 2-4pm EST range.
IM did say something to me that I thought particularly clever. TT is basically "Team Lite" with a few heavies thrown in for fun. I've noticed that may be changing now with so many new heavies showing up on the battlefield. I'd like to think that's a result of this little competition, so I definitely want to keep it going. I only hope I don't recuite myself out of a slot. %)
Oh, it might be smart to move the discussion of the next game to the L v H 2 thread instead of this one. I'm not sure how many heavies are willing to defile themselves and come in here. ;)

From my intel, the lights were too afraid to engage the heavies. That left the bulky bruisers to roaming the servers like a pack of wolves and pounding any light they could find.

If I remember right, it was myself, BRENT, TT, and a few other heavies that showed up. We then went off and kicked butt elsewhere when the lights were a no show. I love these HEAVY vs. Light games. Let's reschedule or setup a set time each week to do this. I can serve if need be.

Ok ,
I will grab the proverbial bull by the horns,
I will start the call for an organized team of Light tanks to scrap with the heavies team on a regular basis, on rotating different maps. I suggest we look at doing this monthly.
As for a team name will create something shortly, leaning towards
Team "Lightning"
