Do you have PhotoShop?

First of all, go to the :::Skinning Recource::: , then open up you're PictureEditor (ex. Photoshop like ^sed), if you don't have one of these I would suggest downloading The Gimp - At This Site . And then look for a skinning tutorial.

Open the file ThinkTanks/Contents/Resources/game/data/shapes/tanks/tank01.jpg. Stay within the lines, but other than that, let your imagination run wild!

Here is an idea (and a statrement) from the back of my head. U must buy the game in order to make skins. Buy the game if u want to actuallly explore wut u can do to optimize ur TT experience!

Use photshop, create skin on tank01 blank template, save as tank01.jpg in ThinkTanks/Contents/Resources/game/data/shapes/tanks

Sigh.. Easy really , just go to this site and download it , then go to this to download the orignal skin file you want to edit. Then open it up as gimp and.. Go crazy now :P , then when you are done click "save as" in file up on the top , save it as any name and your done. If you want flames or somthin like that, then..i donnt know how too do it with gimp. Hope I helped B) also , I have photoshop 2.0 its not the latest , but its still , pretty good ! :)

But.. It might not work as demo :S sorry pal

P.s. If you work really hard at it and dont go wild like monica said, lol you might get a really really good skin

Well Skully...u have to buy photoshop if u don't have it. GIMP is free just a bit more complicated.

How do you do GIMP? :o

Tuesday, March 21, 2006 at 3:44:31 AM

It's a bit like Photoshop, except that it can't edit PSD files. There is a Magic Wand, a Dodge/Burn tool, a Blur/Sharpen tool, etc and tons of filters.
