Iongh I mean where do I copy the help and client folders into please respond

Okay I found out why some of my modwizard icons don't work!and I fixed that(Hooray,Woot XD ) But how do I copy them do I put my cursor on the help folder then click copy to? If thats right then where do I copy it to I've been tryin for hours today LOL But I really need some Help! :S
If I never figure it out I might never be able to mod...... :( :( :( :( :( :( :( :( :( :( :( :( :( :( :( :(
