Try putting DefaultFlag.create(); in the.mis file before //OBJECT WRITE BEGIN
That'll spawn a ball in the middle of the misison area

Art any other ideas because that just made 2 scrum balls. I want to try to make the scrum spawn in the middle every time

Well the scrum spawns in the same place as the tanks and the goals..... So you could just have one little spawn point in the middle, wich is a little useless because the scrum ball will just spawn inside the goal.

Yes, I guess I'll never figure out how to spawn the scrum ball in the middle

Play battlemode and mod it so it is like "Scrum Battlemode" (possible), change it's name to Scrum and insert the code I gave you! Easy, but u'll have to find out how to do these things yourself. I'm not in the mood to get explaining

I Think I might be able to do that

Legendary told me this:
DefaultFlag.create(Target1);
and then he said:
MUWAHAHAHAHA

That'll make all volcanos in the zone try to hit the scrum, nice for a "Who Has The Scrum Gets Hit By Volcano Rocks Scrum" Game Type
