@Sawbones...I dont understand how you dont see that there is an "M" and an "E" in the word team. Obviously, there is no "I".

Well, yes there is an "E" and and "M" in that order...perhaps you're looking for a word like 'MEAT' which is what happens to a 'TEAM' when there are too many ME's!
