Right sorry but I had to do that to get your attention, this is my post from earlier which everyone seems to be 'gnoring. I had to resort to doing the horrible number thing to get people's attention.

"I've downloaded the Torque DTS exporter for blender as I'd like to use it to make alterations to the lighttank's.dts file so that I can make a new "admin" tank.

The instructions on how to get it to run are terrible though

Quoi?? I don't understand any of this. I'm sure its probably quite simple to people who understand even a little bit.

I realise I may have bitten off more than I can chew by deciding to do this as I am no scripter. But I would still like to give it a shot.

Can anyone help me by explaining how to load this script.

Also I notice that it is only an exporter please tell me this doesn't mean what I think it means, that I wont be able to import the light tank.dts file so I can tweak it and that I'll have to bulid something from scratch.

Alternatively how would I alter a lighttank.dts file so that it looks for a different skin so that I can have two light tanks with different skins. E.g a lighttank and and an admin tank which has the lighttank shape but with a different skin.

... And if your still reading this how do I get TGE to run so that I can mod.ter files. All the descriptions so far have relied on me knowing a little knowledge... Knowledge whihc I don't have. SOB!

And last thing how do I use special.cs file to add lights and emmiters to things? I want to attach a flashing emmiter (looks like a flashing light) inside a mediumtanks brainjar.
