Thanks to -z- for updating PTT.

If you check your profile at: http://supra.planetthinktanks2.com/archives/comm-profile.asp?section=account

We all have the option to add our own signatures. Im sporting my self-made clan signature.

Im not sure of the width and height allowed but you can use mine as a guideline until -z- confirms the dimensions.

Wooohooooooooooot!!! XD

I love my randylion

Ive worked out that the Sig can be any length, but can only be 44 pixels in height. Any higher than that and it will cut the bottom off

Mine is just a simple userbar now. Cleaner and works on all size monitors.

Thursday, July 27, 2006 at 6:06:19 PM

Shiny. I have been wanting somthing like this for a long time. PTT is now uber, IMO.

Pardon my rudeness, I cannot abide useless people.

Thursday, July 27, 2006 at 8:14:51 PM

Yep, it's cool to have some updates!

I like the birdies. Minimalist. :)

Thursday, July 27, 2006 at 11:26:02 PM

I think the same old name for the sig will work for me. Think about people with DSL it takes a while to load up the name. Yes yes you should step up on tech.

Nice... I was actually wondering two days ago if -z- always adds his own signitures to his posts. Makes sense he helped his own job.

You don't have to let go of one rope before grabbing the other. But you'll have to let go of one if you want to swing forward.

Friday, July 28, 2006 at 6:53:40 AM

Cloud, my userbar is only 6.7KB. Cas' sig is 17KB where DJ's and Pedros are 38KB and 58KB.

There should be a sig image file size limit.

Friday, July 28, 2006 at 7:48:19 AM

Hehe, is my sig only 17kb? I saved it as a.png (which are known for good quality, but also being huge..)
Nevertheless, I apoligize for my sig. It's such horrible...

[EDIT]: P.S. @ Racer : "Cas' sig is 17KB" is that ment offensive?

Like my signature?? Will get a sig done but can't be bothered right now (I can finnally skin YIPPIE) XD

my blaster will destroy u!

Friday, July 28, 2006 at 8:07:06 AM

Nope, It was not meant to be taken offensively. I was just noting that a whole page of 30KB+ sigs might just take much longer on a slow connection. Yours is fine.

I have just added another userbar to my sig which is 14KB... Let's see how that goes.

Friday, July 28, 2006 at 8:22:35 AM

Who likes mine XD?

Friday, July 28, 2006 at 8:33:54 AM

So many people use those signatures Ac and Racer.

Friday, July 28, 2006 at 8:53:58 AM

Yep. They are easy to make (just make a few layers, text on one, scanlines on one, gloss on one, main image on one, outline on one) and look nice and clean.

But I made my own unlike you art. :P

Friday, July 28, 2006 at 9:07:33 AM

I made mine too! Muhahaha! The one I'm wearing is tempolarily (spelling...), till I figure out how to create animated ones (I know it uses.gif, but I ain't got something to edit animated.gifs)

Friday, July 28, 2006 at 10:00:22 AM

If you use the Gimp, you do. Without the GAP, the directions are easy: make a layer for each frame, go to Filters > Animation > Playback, and save as a Gif. It'll ask you whether you want to save it as an animation. With the GAP (Gimp Animation Package), I suggest checking out this link.

Friday, July 28, 2006 at 10:27:41 AM

Tell me what you want Cas and I'll have a go at it.

P.S - I also made mine XD

Hehe, my first animated sig. It really looks bad, ey? Well, as a first try it isn't bad :).
Thanks for the information Dj!

Pedro your sig is giving me a seizer! Lol

Saturday, July 29, 2006 at 4:49:42 AM

Not bad for freehand, and a smuge brush eh? (the image behind my name)
I like Pedro's looks nice, gets my heart going for some reason...
Lets see what else people whip up, perhaps we could do a competition?
heheh

Saturday, July 29, 2006 at 5:32:18 AM

Wish I had not even started making them, now I am not happy with any I make. Always trying to do better one's.

Saturday, July 29, 2006 at 5:38:16 AM

@Choroiniclcle: I do that to most people. "Get their hearts going" XD - Thanks for the kind words.

@Jay: Thats why I changed it back.

Aww, I was enjoying it :P Reminded me of those chocolate robot things on the simpsons :P Maybe you could fade in the text or make the tank shoot bullets, that would be a cool alternative XD

Saturday, July 29, 2006 at 6:29:59 AM

Something like this?

Saturday, July 29, 2006 at 6:45:04 AM

Saturday, July 29, 2006 at 6:55:50 AM

Lol, very nice Pedro & Art Crazy. If wanted, I'll pull a sign-contest.

Saturday, July 29, 2006 at 7:03:23 AM

I didn't do mine... I just picked 10 different from the web and animated... Has ANYONE actually clicked my signature? It's fun!

Saturday, July 29, 2006 at 7:07:11 AM

I clicked it: I'm not gonna say what it does, tho. (So, should I do the sig-contest? I guess I'll :D)

Saturday, July 29, 2006 at 7:08:45 AM

Doesnt do anything Ac.

Saturday, July 29, 2006 at 8:23:24 AM

Well, I updated it, was doing something to it so it didnt do anything... Pity it doesn't fully work yet :(

Saturday, July 29, 2006 at 9:15:09 AM

^ Hmm... It doesn't do anything when I click it... It must not like me, ehe. ;) I should use Bryce 3D for mine... Then flash animate it. Small size will be dificult in 3D...hmm... Ideas are already popping into my head. I'll have a little 3D stick figure walk by and behind him will appear my name. Will have to wait a while to do it though, unless I install Bryce 3D on my mom's computer, lol- but I don't think she would like that very much. %)

Hehe, click mine NOW!!! Lol. Be sure that the image has fully loaded.
If it doesn't work, or does what it did some while ago, clean your browser's cache, for it to work!

Saturday, July 29, 2006 at 3:30:10 PM

Well, do you? DJ :)
Remember, NO LINKAGE!

Anyways... Stupid 255 limit... The current code I have is too big for me to add my random quote siggy I just coded...
It should look like that:

But PTT takes it off! Can't -z- increase the max limit :P?

Saturday, July 29, 2006 at 5:31:48 PM

LOL! You really made me laugh there, monica! Ty :P
Anyways, I'm leaving now, but my signature should still work, so that all PTTers out there can also say that :)
