To be tested in some clans you have to beat a leader or co-leader or something.
But If u do beat someone then shouldn't you have their postion in the clan beacease he beat them? 8o
But I suppose that somebody might not be good at keeping control.
Or they beat the leader and thinks the clan is too easy and going for a more powerful one

The leader isn't necessarily the best player... He just has to be good all around.... And have good... Lets say leadership skills

I think that this should only be like this if the army wants it to be like this. I don't think it should apply to all armies. As jacob said, there may be postitions in the army that are appointed there not by skill but by leadership quality.

But as a recruiter the winner would be suited for the job because he would be more powerful than the old one, so....
The new guys should take his place :(

What if it took awhile for the person to beat the recruiter? What if the recruiter was doing so well that day?
