ATTENTION ALL THINK TANKS PLAYERS, THIS IS SHERIFF CHIPMONKEY SPEAKING:

IN LIGHT OF RECENT EVENTS, I HAVE TAKEN THE PRIVILEGE OF PROMOTING MYSELF FROM A MERE "PLAYER" TO "SHERIFF" AND THE ENFORCER OF PEACE AND JUSTICE WITHIN SCRUM MATCHES. AS FAIR WARNING, THE FOLLOWING LAWS MUST NOW BE ABIDED BY:

1. No camping in the goal, or within approximately 10 tank-lengths of the goal.

2. No arbitrary shooting of a player unless the following circumstances apply.
>>> They have possession of the scrum.
>>> They are closer to the scrum than any other tank.
>>> They are in the extreme proximity of the scrum with others and are likely to take possession immediately.
>>> Judgements will be made in-game as requested in the event a likely "arbitrary" shooting.

3. When I am in-game, I will attempt to recruit ONE assistant officer for any of the following tasks:
>>> Field reconnaisance.
>>> Tracking "arbitrary" shooting suspect.
>>> Defending "arbitrary" shooting victim.
>>> Assistance in enforcing the no-camping rule.
>>> Other duties, as are neccessary in-game.

4. No one is to fire upon an officer unless the following conditions apply:
>>> The officer is in possession of the scrum.
>>> The officer is closer to the scrum than any other tank AND moves with the intention of taking it (I.E. Do NOT fire on an observing officer if scrum falls nearby.)
>>> The officer is in the extreme proximity of the scrum with others, is likely to take possession immediately, AND moves/acts with this intention.
>>> Judgements will be made in-game if an officer is to come under fire.

5. No one is to impersonate an officer. I.E. - Do NOT refer to yourself as "SHERIFF" unless your in-game name happened to include the word sheriff prior to my promotion. In that case, you will refer to yourself with lowercase letters ONLY. Special accomodations can be made.

FAILURE TO ABIDE BY THESE LAWS WILL RESULT IN THE APPROPRIATE ACTIONS TAKEN BY THE AUTHORITIES PRESENT TO THE FULL EXTENT OF THEIR THREE-BARRELED CANNONS. PLEASE NOTE THAT THESE LAWS APPLY ONLY TO SCRUM MATCHES. THEY SHOULD BE FOLLOWED AT ALL TIMES REGARDLESS OF WHETHER OR NOT AN OFFICER IS PRESENT. THESE LAWS MAY BE MODIFIED ACCORDINGLY AT MY DISCRETION IF SIGNIFICANT INTEREST IS SHOWN AND THE CAUSE IS JUST. SIMPLY REPLY WITH SUGGESTIONS. RECRUITMENT WILL OCCUR IN-GAME ONLY AND NOT IN THIS FORUM.

Well, I'm sorry if I caused so much confusion. This wasn't meant to be taken seriously. I mean, its not like I believe that I can single-handedly change the rules of this game... Maybe it's my fault - as it does SOUND as if I'm dead serious. I'd probably be saying the same thing right now. I had expected more "haha - very funny... Riiiiight" kind of answers, and not "WHO is this random n00b who thinks he can boss us around? He didn't even post this thread in the right forum! Say, Monica, didn't you say this kid was a DEMO last Monday?"

However, to argue against two statements made, I have visited many forums, and I have learned that typically, the best place to post something if you want it to be seen, is in the more active one. Sorry for cluttering up the place and ruining your day.

Second, I am not that much of a noob. Granted I'm not the skilled scrum-runner some of you are, I think I do a half-descent job. I also don't see how anyone can say I'm annoying to play against. I play perfectly fair and I don't do anything I shouldn't except when stupid morons attack me for no reason... However, I WOULD honestly like to know if there is anything else I am doing wrong?
