Ok, go to tankDb.cs.
Find the AdminTank datablock and increase the suspensionRange.

I'm actually not sure; I've never tried it before. Try going up to, say, 10 and see if that works.

I'm not sure, but 10 probably isn't enough. Try giving it some big number like "10000000". But don't make it too long, or TT won't be able to handle it and will crash.
