Survivor and CTF never are lag-free for me. 8o

CTF has consistently slow fire rates for me.

I was recently on PTT CTF server, playing against MOE (do you really think I was trying to win? Not a chance...), and suddenly, I was running at 8 FPS. In other words, PTT was lagging badly. I have an AVI video (from Fraps, where else wold I know my FPS?), and believe me, I wouldn't expect this from a server running 4200MHz. Oh, and also, I have DSL.
