Sorry, I know im not in the admin circle, but I think this would be the best place to ask theses two questions. Firsat of all, could you enable the /stat command in survivor? That way when I come across a questionable person I can at least get their IP. Also, about caelan: today he was asking me about the password for my server, not survivor. But has he tried to get the survivor password before? I would like to know because he seems like a pretty nice guy and I don't know why he would do that.

More than you know, he has tried hacking it several times, and asked several admins what the pass was. It has nothing to do with you, you're a good guy! :)
