I love my mac. Even though it is now almost 1 year old, it still can keep up with most games (for mac, that is). Now, my friends JUST the other day had spilled about 2oz of water over his mouse pad (keep in mind he instantly turned his computer upside down) and the whole computer crashed. I felt bad for him, and dreaded what I would do if that had happened to me. Well, today, my sister and mom suggested that I keep a glass of water next to my computer desk to encourage me to drink more. I said ok, thinking that there was no harm. Well, when I went set it down after taking a sip, my sister had pulled the phone cord at the same second. The whole 8 oz glass spilled all over my keyboard. I started shouting words that I will not quote here, and quickly flipped my computer. I kept imagining that horrid "sssss" that you tend to hear after electronics meet water, and disattached the keyboard to dry it out. I dried off the keyboard, and dried off the underside, checked my speakers, made sure all the keys worked... And bowed down before the mighty mac overlords that allowed me this string of fortune. I am proud to say I do not need a new keyboard! :)

Pardon my rudeness, I cannot abide useless people.

And how many games is that? 3? ;)

But it's pretty cool that your keyboard survived.

That's odd that 2oz of water over the mouse pad would make the computer just die like that.

My Dell keyboard which I've had for around a year has still not crapped out on me yet. It's been through 4 lan parties, over 500 hours of gaming time, a cocoa spill, and lots of crumbs. It's been dropped several times.

Yet it still works great. A little sticky on some keys, but great.

Geez it's just a keyboard. I still am using my dell one that I got from my computer in 1996. So the "n" key doesn't always like to work. I can still kick dash's ass, thats all that matters.

Woah man.... The only way you cant play the new macs is if you dont upgrade the system type...

I used to play last years games on a 6 year old comp. Its been a year since I used it.

Pray to GOD for him to reveal himself to you.

Yeah, but on my Dell keyboard I can press several keys at once, where a lot of other keyboards can't. I need this for FPSs which is keeping me from buying a model M.
