Well, I am a pretty good drawer, and I realy want to be able to make skins, but, umm, how do I open the thing to create skins=skinviewer? :'(

What image editor do you have? Photoshop? Paint Shop Pro? Dare I say it... Paint?

Skinviewer doesn't allow you to actually make skins - its only purpose is to view skins... Thus the name, Skinviewer .
