That's from a movie... Can't remember the title...but I've seen it. Not Ghost with Demi Moore, but another one where a guy gets killed (there in that accident) and walks around as ghost or something... Or maybe it's flashback. In anycase, it's definitely a movie clip.
So obviously fake. I was just going to go "DOCTORRRRRED!", but it's been done. And I agree with ^, it seemed like a flick.
