I have for the life of me tried to get this to work woth no sucess.

It appears it I add the -console -mod game it states there are too many arguments.

Can anybody tell where I'm going wrong?

I located the terminal app, right clicked an said "open with terminal" it launched the program. I copied that syntax added the -console -mod game and it worked like a champ!
