Most of you probably dont know me cuz of the many vacations ive taken from this game since Ozzy stopped playing but ive been playing TT since 2004 and ive realized that its not what it use to be, I remeber a time where its was fun as h3!! To play you had your army that had your back there was always some 1 to play with no matter what time it was you got to meet peps from diff countries and making new friends was a everyday thing not saying you still cant do those things but I dont think it will ever be like it use to Its startin to feel like politics on a video game :o

PS: Dont even post if you came to just argue wit me im just making a opinion XO

I think that people take this game way too seriously.

Don't try to float that "Old World" dictionary across the pond blooper........

It's "realized"

You either Daz, or I'll post audio recordings of your beer-induced "turning japanese" redition. Honestly.

If you make an opinion, then why can't someone else make an opposite opinion? I disagree. People are constantly leaving TT to other, lesser games. However, it's only a matter of time before the newcomers become vets themselves. In the end, it balances out. Sure, those that leave take with them their own special part, and the newcomers bring with them something different than those who left. IMO, that just makes you treasure what part that someone who left brought with them and left here at PTT and also accept what the newcomer brings.

An example: Look at this very site. Sure, -z- isn't here much anymore, but none of us will ever forget the stuff he's done for PTT/TT. After him comes along other modders/scripters who make different gametypes. We all appreciate the new gametypes out there like Rollerball, but none of us forget CTF, -z-'s creation.

For a summary: It all depends on your point of view. If you only look at those leaving, then yes, TT is declining. However, if you look at what they left behind, and accept what people now are making, then TT is anything but declining.

To me, TT seems as strong as it was 2 years ago, just with different n00bs and more stuff. After all, did we have the expansion packs 2 years ago? No. Did we have the ACAS 2 years ago? No (but whether that's bad or good depends on your POV).

Ever seens the dissapearence of the Shockwave servers, I've been loving TT more and more (and once again I consider TT alot more fun than Runescape, and as a Runescape fan, that's saying something)

Runescape. *shudders just at the thought of it*

Scrum: wacky, hilarious, chaotic, fun - my favorite

My word, I feell like I'm listening to my Grandpa talk about the good old days! The words are different but the nostalgic sentiment is the same. There was always a note of blame in Grandpa's voice too. While he praised his own generation, he backhandedly cursed and denounced mine. I learned to take what Grandpa said with a grain of salt. Perception is almost always different from reality.

My two cents? We need an 'adults only' server and PTT section where you must behave like you're over-18 in order to enter.

Or, if you're against age discrimination, we could probably accomplish the same objective by banning anyone with a symbol or army tag in their name.

I think people take this game...WAY TO SERIOUSLY! Some people FREAK OUT becaue they got booted or banned from a server......If you want some game to freak out about....go play a MMOG and get urself kicked after you spend a TON of money and time on it. Then you can freak out break ur computer, slam that keyboard, kill that punching bag whatever. But TT...comon! Also yes I think TT is declining of the good players

I don't see the point w/ army symbol in the name...Does it prevent fun ? Team job ? On my own only having a safe ****** life XD

I don't mind TT is on a decline : there is an important turnover & we have to consider technologies : TT was a great game 2 years ago : cool graphism & so on but actually it's not on Wii... XD

Four is a Symbol..

No actually its not...

4 is a number. Letters are characters. Symbols are something entirely different. And 44 is both a force to be reckoned with and an enigma.

^ You must have meant '44 is both a farce to be re-conned with and an enema' XD

GrayK abuse power? I highly doubt that.

Friday, December 15, 2006 at 6:28:10 PM

Putting you on ignore is not a problem. Now, silencing for no reason would be a problem, if there wasn't any reason...(Which I'm sure there is)

On my opinion,
I think that TT is just a game to get away from life, and let out your anger on other cartoon tanks. :)

Hugobrains has a little competition now that Captain Brains is here! :P
